Environmental, Social,
Governance (ESG) & Wellbeing

Sustainability, often seen as solely environmental, is much broader. At DLRC, we understand that the ecosystem of people and the planet is complex and interconnected. As we expand globally, we are dedicated to minimising our environmental footprint and supporting our clients and teams in doing the same. Our social impact includes regulatory support, meaningful work for employees, and positive contributions to the communities we serve. Governance at DLRC ensures we remain a solvent, ethical business aligned with our environmental and social goals.

Sustainable Impact Report

We are proud to present our first Sustainability Impact Report for 2023, which outlines our achievements and sets goals for 2024 and beyond. Our impact on people, society, and the planet drives our sustainability strategy. We aim to eliminate or mitigate adverse impacts while enhancing positive ones. In 2023, we benchmarked our carbon footprint and set a goal to achieve Net Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050. With the help of external consultants, we have developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy that goes beyond carbon, focusing on the most significant impacts.

EDI & Equal Opportunity

Diversity

We foster a diverse workforce, with over 30% identifying as racial or ethnic minorities and 25% of management from underrepresented groups. Through anonymous surveys, we track diversity metrics like race, gender, and age, using this data to drive our inclusion initiatives and ensure a welcoming environment at all levels.

Equity

Equity is a cornerstone of our approach. We’ve conducted a thorough pay equity analysis, considering gender, race, ethnicity, and other demographics. We’ve implemented equal compensation plans to ensure fair pay practices based on these findings. Our latest survey, completed in May 2023, underscores our commitment to equity. Proudly, DLRC is a certified Living Wage Employer.

Inclusivity

Our dedication to inclusivity goes beyond hiring practices. DLRC is committed to providing accessible facilities for individuals with physical disabilities. We also adapt our workplace policies to accommodate learning and emotional disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment for all employees.

Community Sustainability

At DLRC, we believe in giving back to the communities where we operate, actively participating in partnerships that reflect our core values and expertise. Our commitment to community sustainability goes beyond our professional work; we aim to make a lasting, positive impact on society. We collaborate with organisations and initiatives that share our dedication to creating meaningful change.

Charity Support

DLRC’s Charity Committee coordinates our charitable efforts, ensuring they align with our core values. This committee plays a vital role in our community engagement by selecting charities and organising fundraising events. We aim to align our mission with charitable causes, amplifying our positive impact on the community.
