It is with great pleasure that we announce the release of DLRC’s inaugural Sustainable Impact Report, offering a comprehensive overview of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts. This report reflects on our achievements in 2023 and outlines our ambitious goals for 2024 and beyond.

This important milestone was made possible with the support of SustainableX, whose guidance has been crucial in bringing our sustainability vision to life. Speaking to Charlotte Biddlecombe, DLRC’s sustainability manager, she said:

Producing a company’s first Sustainable Impact Report is no easy task. It requires collaboration across departments and external expertise. Consolidating our ESG efforts into a single report not only enhances our understanding of our impact but also highlights opportunities for future growth.” –  Charlotte Biddlecombe, Sustainability Manager

Our Sustainability Pillars: Environmental, Clients and Community, Team, and Governance

We’ve structured the report around four key pillars defining our sustainability approach: Environmental, Clients and Community, Our Team, and Governance. Our Sustainable Impact Report allows us to measure and track our progress on critical sustainability initiatives. We remain committed to delivering high-quality work for clients, ensuring a positive workplace for employees, and supporting our communities. Most importantly, it holds us accountable to stakeholders and reinforces the integrity of our sustainability claims.

Though small and medium enterprises (SMEs) like DLRC are not required to report on ESG issues, we are committed to staying ahead. As a regulatory affairs consultancy, we believe in leading the way on sustainability—just as we do in our consulting services.

As our first Sustainable Impact Report, it marks the beginning of a long-term commitment to transparent, responsible growth. Moving forward, we will release future reports to track our progress and set new, ambitious ESG goals. By continually evolving our sustainable practices, DLRC aims to lead the regulatory affairs sector in driving positive environmental and social impact. We hope to inspire our industry and the wider community to join us in creating a more sustainable future through these initiatives.
